1. Order Confirmation

  • An order becomes valid once full payment or a signed purchase order is received.
  • Upon confirmation, customers receive an official Order Summary with project scope, key milestones, and responsible contacts.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Digital deliverables—repositories, build artifacts, access credentials, or license files—are provided via secure download links or client portals.
  • Standard processing time is 3–5 business days for pre-built or turnkey products.
  • Custom software is delivered according to the sprint schedule defined in the Statement of Work (SoW) or project contract.

3. Access & Handover

  • Sensitive credentials (API keys, tokens, environment variables) are transmitted through encrypted and traceable channels such as Vault systems, password managers, or SFTP.
  • A formal Acceptance Report is issued with delivered versions, QA/test evidence, and active warranty terms plus expiry date.

4. Cancellations

  • Before project kickoff or license activation: eligible for a full refund.
  • After kickoff/activation: refunds exclude completed milestones, purchased third-party licenses, and other non-refundable operational costs.
  • All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@turkayazilim.com and are acknowledged within 2 business days.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method once eligibility is confirmed.
  • Defects or malfunctions reported during the acceptance period are repaired or replaced at no cost; unresolved issues may result in partial refunds or service credits.
  • Services or licenses marked as non-refundable (e.g., domains, SSL certificates, third-party APIs) are excluded.

6. Support & Warranty After Delivery

  • Warranty coverage lasts for the duration stated in your contract (minimum 30 calendar days); confirmed defects are corrected free of charge during this time.
  • Optional maintenance retainers cover 24/7 monitoring, incident response, security patching, performance optimization, feature updates, and consultancy—billed separately.
